Operating at high or low pressure to suit your recipes and ingredients, the pan has a 5mm impact bonded base for even browning and caramelization, helping you develop layers of flavor and cook like a professional. Once the handle is locked closed, pressure builds and the safety valve in the lid handle prevents the pressure cooker from being opened, giving you peace of mind as you cook on any stovetop including induction. Further safety features include the safety and locking valve and safety window. An accessory pack that includes a glass lid for regular unpressurized cooking, a steamer, trivet, and 2 x spare silicone sealing rings is available for separate purchase.
